a bit about me…

I am a licensed interior designer currently pursuing a Masters of Architecture degree at the University of Tennessee Knoxville and graduating in May of 2022.

For me, architecture is a thing of beauty. It is inspiring and has the ability to impact all that experience it. My ultimate goal is to use architecture as a means to make a difference. How humans interact with, experience, and are influenced by architecture is the aspect of architecture that I love the most.

People are central to architecture as I believe it is one of the few disciplines that is inextricably linked to the human body, mind, and existence. Physical form links, inspires, supports, heals, excludes, and includes the individual. If describing the future architecture I hope to create, it would be an architecture that serves, impacts, facilitates positive outcomes, and influences change.

If not in the office creating, you will likely find me either somewhere in the outdoors whether it be hiking the Smokies or exploring the Knoxville Urban Wilderness, or taking it easy with a movie.
